I created a course that is now in the Tiny Habits Academy Library! It is called Tiny Habits for Green Light Living; Using Emotional Regulation as a Catalyst for Action. Green Light Living (GLL) is leading a life of positivity, purpose, and joy. GLL is when we are in control of our emotions. GLL is when we decide intentionally—with an open heart and clear mind—how we want to respond.
I encourage you to digest the course the “Tiny Habits” way. In the example below, you’ll discover that rather than being overwhelmed by the idea of taking an entire course, this format is much more aligned with the Tiny Habits approach.
- After I make my first cup of coffee, I will resume where I left off in the course.
- After I complete a module segment, I will close my eyes and visualize what I learned.
- After I visualize what I learned, I will write one thing I want to know more about.
