Collaborative Coaching

You might hire me to be your Behavior Change Coach if you are feeling overwhelmed, disorganized, or unable to consistently follow through with the treatment plan your therapist or medical professional has prescribed. I will collaborate with your various healthcare providers as needed to create the outcomes you deserve.
